What the website collects
The current website does not store form submissions in a database. The application form prepares an email in the applicant's own email app. Information is sent only if the applicant chooses to send that email.
Applicant privacy
This page explains how the recruitment website is intended to handle applicant information. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before high-volume recruiting.
The current website does not store form submissions in a database. The application form prepares an email in the applicant's own email app. Information is sent only if the applicant chooses to send that email.
Applicant information should be used only to review fit, communicate about recruiting, schedule intro calls, verify eligibility, and prepare written production terms when appropriate.
Stream Line Studio should use a limited-access inbox or recruiting system for private applicant communications. Applicants should not send explicit media, government ID, or sensitive documents until a secure verification workflow is provided.
Portal profile information should be used only for recruitment review, scheduling, boundary planning, and creator-support discussions. Passwords are stored in hashed form; applicants should still avoid entering ID numbers, explicit media, financial details, or another person's private information.
Applicants may request discussions around stage names, face visibility, public tagging, social handles, confidentiality expectations, and written usage limits. These preferences should be documented before any content is produced or shared.
Real model photos, names, public handles, or portfolio materials should be displayed on this site only after the creator gives written approval for that specific public use. Applicants may ask to keep sample materials private during recruitment.
